My first game back at Sanford Stadium as a 62-year-old student, and what a day it was!
There’s nothing like being surrounded by the cheering crowd and feeling that incredible game-day energy again.
And CHEER we did! Georgia took down Western Kentucky 70–20!
The rain tried its best to spoil the party, but not a chance. We came prepared to have fun, rain or shine. Being back four decades later as a UGA student makes this experience extra special. My 17-year-old self would never believe this is my life today!
